[x] Look up your matches.
.... Something has been bugging you a little bit. Those matches you ended up with... well, it could be nothing. But like everything else in that house, they were pretty old. The box wasn't cardboard, but tarnished metal of some kind and engraved with a little skull, they burned a little oddly, though you didn't really think much of it at the time, and they were even a little odd to look at. Unpleasant, somehow.
For now, you've stuck them well out of the way, in the hidden shelf of the closet. You don't really have any use for matches, for the most part, but you think you would be kind of hesitant to use them now anyway, outside of the creepy atmosphere of an ancient haunted house.
Yoshika has started to fidget and very slowly blush under your stare, though. She's pretty tall. Not reaching your height, but it looks like things were timed for her, at least, so that she was just nearly at the maximum growth range for Sam's collars. Of course, they grow slowly when they're adults, so this means she could be pretty old. You think. If she curled up into a ball, though, knees tucked against her chest, she'd still be a lot smaller than that one Suika, though... maybe it's a total mass thing involved.
.... She's fiddling uncertainly with her clothes, now. You begin to realize you might be sending the wrong impression, with your intent look, and cough.
"So... what's up?" You say, awkwardly, and get just a puzzled look in response. "I mean... I'd like to know more about you. What can you do, sort of thing."
"Yoshika can do.... Lots of things... For Master." She says, slowly.
.... You aren't sure if she intended the statement to come off the way it's sitting in your head, but it did.
These pants. Why are they still on.
And that guy gets less subtle by the hour, it seems.
"I mean, like... are you strong, tough? Like Suika or Tenshi?" You try.
"Yoshika is... not as strong. Or as... durable." She says. "But when Tenshi... Or Suika break... they break much harder than Yoshika." She says, not seeming to get her point across well. She frowns and continues. "Yoshika will... grow back, slowly... if pieces come off. Like Remilia... but slowly. Most.... don't."
"This is entirely leaving orange juice out of things, then." You say, thoughtfully, and she nods.
"Grow back faster... if Yoshika eats lots." She finishes.
"Lots of what?" You ask.
.... You get a blank stare, and then a dull shrug in response. You guess it doesn't particularly matter what, then. Convenient.
As you think of other things to ask about, Yoshika returns to contemplating the maid. After a moment, you decide to leave her to it.
Another hopeful check for yukkuri tranquilizers bears little fruit, aside from the fact that normal animal tranquilizers work oddly on them, provided you can get them to inject, and the dart doesn't just blow a hole completely through. In fact, they work too well. Or not at all. There's some cases where it will normally put them to sleep for a while, but many others where it will 'put them to sleep' for good, and a number where it simply has no effect whatsoever. It seems to baffle the testers, though your concern is that it just makes things a little more difficult for you right now.
As for drinks, you guess you could serve hot chocolate too, or set up a soda fountain. The machines for those, though... the cartridges of syrup and carbonated water to mix with them are really cheap, but the machine itself is pretty darn expensive, from a glance. You'll probably focus on cocoa and the like for the moment, and think about fizzy drinks another time.
But you've delayed about long enough. You grab what you need and head over to the crib.
"Hey, you two." You call down, getting there attention. Both seem wary of yours, and Reimu -actually has the audacity to- glowers at you a bit.
"So, the other time." You say. "It worked out okay. But well... I guess it was just luck, but I didn't get what I was looking for out of it. So I guess we'll have to try again."
You display the baster, and results are immediate as Marisa grits her teeth, and Reimu's eyes widen as she shrinks back into a corner.
"Easy, now..." You say. "I'm going to let you two pick, this time. We can do it the same way as before... or you can fill this up for me. Either way, I'll take you out of sight of the kids this time, and you'll each get a sweet-sweet before and after. Okay? So...?"
Several moments pass, as the pair silently consider the offer. Marisa looks a little unhappy, but Reimu looks downright cornered by it before she calms.
"Marisa... will fill it." Marisa says, first to speak up, and Reimu looks slightly agitated again for a moment as time clearly ticks down on her decision.
"Reimu... R-reimu will also... fill it." She says, eventually.
That agreed, you pick them up and begin a mass rearrangement of things, leaving you alone in the bedroom with them, and the living room very crowded as you direct the adults and maid to keep everyone out of the Rumia-corner. Alyssa seems happy to relocate from a soft bed to a soft chair. Everything in order, you close the door with a click.
Then you turn and display the first of four candies.
"Alright. So, who wants to go first?" You ask.
Reimu automatically shrinks back a little. Seeing this, Marisa takes a breath, and bounces forward a bit on the bed.
"Marisa will go first." She says, and you hand over the candy. She looks at it like it's poison for a moment before picking it up from the bed and, very slowly, eating it. She seems to be trying to make the sweet last forever, but it's not too long before the last of it melts away.
You pick her up and shake her, just a bit and gently, to get her cheeks flushed and her body trembling a bit, and then wait. She clearly wants to go over to Reimu, in this condition, but you already took the liberty of moving her over to the dresser-top and out of the way. There's no option left but the open baster, and she hesitates still, but then makes the attempt.
It's unsuccessful, and Marisa is clearly slightly frustrated with that. It's just not a proper fit. The very tip of the pertinent portions go inside, but the rest rapidly becomes too wide, and the best she can do is to poke hopefully and feebly at the opening.
"Hm... well, this isn't working. It looks like I'll have to help after all." You say, moving.
Marisa starts as you pick her up again, and it's clear that her enthusiasm, such as it is, is rapidly flagging. She's not as pleased with your assistance as she could be. As such, it takes a lot more effort than you recall going into Hatate before Marisa lets loose a soft cry and sags limply as the baster fills.
You set her aside, to slump over in clear, disheveled exhaustion, and drop the promised candy next to her mouth before heading to the door.
"I'll be right back for your turn, Reimu." You say, stepping out to divert Tenshi quickly to the kitchen. It takes a few minutes, as while impregnation goes smoothly enough, getting the traces of bean paste out of the baster once finished is harder than some other substances.
When you return, Marisa is eating the candy, but still has a sort of unhappy look on her face. Reimu, for her part seems to be starting up a slow panic. Candy does a little to help that, once you've changed their places, but not too much. The panic grows as you pick her up, and as you start to assist, milking what you need out, she outright panics and starts thrashing and trying to escape.
"Nononono, stop it Mister, don't touch Reimu!"
"... there's no help for it I guess. I'm not going to hurt you, unless you make me, but you still don't seem to get how nice I'm being about this." You say. "I have to show you the videos, I think."
Marisa cringes obviously, though the words clearly mean nothing to Reimu.
You hold her in place, and while it's a good bit more vocal, things proceed pretty much as they did for Marisa. Distress, horror, soiling your sheets. Right up until the big difference.
"No no no, Reimu hasn't done anything wrong, Mister, leave Reimu alone!" She wails. "Stop doing things Reimu doesn't want and Mister can take Marisa instead-"
There's dead silence in the room for the moment, as Marisa, on the dresser, reels from that and Reimu seems to realize what she's said.
"Wh... wh-what did Reimu say?" Marisa stammers, eyes wide with betrayal.
